Your island-style wedding dreams can become a reality on Hideaway with a wedding ceremony either on the beach or in a garden setting overlooking the ocean. For the one price we'll organise a minister, license fees, your marriage certificate, floral decorations for the ceremony area and a bottle of champagne for after the big event.

If you'd like, for a little bit extra, we will also put on a meal for you and your friends to celebrate the special occasion, and can also arrange a photographer, choir or string band, additional flowers, make-up and wedding cakes. Prices for packages including accommodation and/or catering vary depending on your requirements but are very reasonable.

Accommodation

Not only is Hideaway Island the ideal place to hold your wedding ceremony; with a range of accommodation options to suit any budget, it also provides a beautiful setting to stay before, and particularly after, your special day.

Planning

Your bridal party should arrive in Vanuatu at least 3 working days prior to the ceremony.

When considering booking your wedding here, keep in mind that we need to have your Notice of Intended Marriage form and copies of your birth certificates, passports and divorce papers (if applicable) faxed or mailed to us at least 8 weeks prior to the ceremony.

Unfortunately we can't accept wedding bookings during religious or national holidays. If you'd like more details, contact us here at Hideaway.
